(2) to improve information sharing across relevant departments ofalocal government; (3) to develop an evacuation plan for cultural properties; (4) to secure space for cultural property storage; (5) to develop manuals about cultural property preservation for local governments, owners, etc.; (6) to build a network around the cultural property protection department ofalocal government; (7) to accommodate the management of all the relevant local cultural properties (both designated and undesignated);
