The authors examined two methods for cleaning colored plaster; one was cleaning by laser and the other was cleaning by hydroxyl peroxide.\n When cleaned by using laser, all kinds of pigments (azurite, malachite, red ochre, yellow ochre, cinnabar）changed their color. But good result was obtained by laser cleaning for two kinds of black mold. On the other hand, cleaning by hydroxyl peroxide did not make color change in pigments except for azurite and malachite which changed to pale black.
