The aim of the present study is to develop a\ntwo-dimensional imaging detector for X-ray diffraction and to evaluate its performance.\n An X-ray detector was constructed using gas electron multiplier foils. 内容記述 | If portable apparatuses for X-ray diffraction analysis are applied more practically in the field of conservation science, it would be possible to obtain further information about the materials used in cultural properties. The aim of the present study is to develop a two-dimensional imaging detector for X-ray diffraction and to evaluate its performance. An X-ray detector was constructed using gas electron multiplier foils.
